What this is
The work that changes lives, and rarely gets a stage
Across education, therapy, care and community services there are people doing careful, creative, stubborn work that holds someone steady. It is relational, it is hard to measure, and it almost never gets its moment.
The Elysian Awards give it one. A room, a red carpet, a trophy and a citation, for the people who show up, build trust and offer something genuinely human.

The red carpet
Doors open, the cameras start and the foyer fills with evening dress. Every guest walks the red carpet, because every guest is part of the story.
The room
House lights down
The auditorium goes dark, the stage lights rise and a room full of people who do remarkable work sits down to dinner together.

The moment before the name
A category is read aloud. The finalists hold their breath. The envelope opens, and the whole room leans in.
The winner
Their name, in lights
Applause, a trophy, a citation read out to the room, and a photograph they will keep for the rest of their career.

No One Left Behind AwardThis recognises those making inclusion an everyday reality. Through accessibility and inclusive practice, nominees ensure everyone is valued. They work to ensure no one is excluded from opportunities to thrive.
Rising Star Award (Aged 18 to 30)This celebrates exceptional individuals making a meaningful difference early in their careers. Through innovation and leadership, these young professionals create lasting impact. They bring fresh perspectives and break new ground within the fields of therapy and wellbeing.

Outstanding Contribution in Education AwardThis recognises those delivering person centred learning experiences beyond traditional teaching. Through therapeutic or vocational education, nominees create innovative projects that significantly impact lives. They inspire learning in extraordinary ways across all ages.
Woman Making a Difference AwardThis celebrates an inspiring woman whose work in therapy or wellbeing makes a remarkable impact. Whether through leadership or advocacy, she uplifts others and drives positive change. Nominations highlight courage, innovation, and a deep commitment to improving lives.
Brilliant Team AwardThis award recognises teams demonstrating outstanding collaboration, creativity and shared commitment in their work. Finalists are selected through the nomination process for the strength of their collective approach and the impact they are making together.
