Anyone can enter
You can nominate yourself or someone else, and you can enter more than one category. Submit a separate form for each one.
Choose the right category
Read through the categories before you submit. If your nominee fits more than one, enter both, and tailor each form to that category.
Tell us who they are
Start by describing the person or team you are nominating. What do they do, and what kind of work or support are they involved in?
Tell us what makes them stand out
“She always goes above and beyond” is hard to score. Real examples and outcomes are not. Show what your nominee did, when they did it, and what happened as a result.
Lead with impact
What difference have they made? A child who found their voice. A family who got the support they needed. A project that changed how a team works. That is what judges want to read.
Add supporting material
Testimonials, photographs and thank you messages strengthen an entry. Email anything you would like to include to awards@elysianuk.org.
