We were thrilled to see Godalming College’s write-up of their students’ work experience at the Elysian Awards.
Four students at G Live
Four students joined us at G Live in Guildford for our 2026 awards evening, hosted by Jo Brand. Selected through a competitive process, they spent time at our office helping with logistics, from goody bags to place settings, before taking on real roles on the night itself: photography, videography, event management and guest interviews.
Hands-on roles on the night
One of the students interviewed a gold winner. Another described “feeling part of the process rather than just watching others”, a highlight for the whole group.
A partnership we are proud of
We said we would happily have the students back next year, and we meant it. It is exactly the kind of partnership the Elysian Awards is built on: giving people real experience while supporting a night that celebrates community impact.
