Who can enter
Anyone working across education, care, therapy, outreach and community services. Individuals, teams, organisations and partnerships are all welcome, from frontline staff to the quiet changemakers behind the scenes.
The categories are deliberately broad, because good work does not arrive in neat shapes. If a nomination sits better elsewhere, the judging panel moves it.
Nominating is free. It always will be. Self-nomination is welcome and it is common, so if you have earned the spotlight, claim it.
Three steps
How it works
Choose a category
Read the criteria and pick the one that fits the work best. If your nominee suits more than one, enter both and tailor each entry. There are no fees and no catch.
Tell us who they are
The person, the team or the organisation you are putting forward: what they do, who they do it for, and where. Nominating is free, and you can nominate as many people as you like.
Make the case
Real examples and outcomes score. Show what your nominee did, when, and what changed because of it. Testimonials and photographs strengthen an entry.
What happens next
Every nomination is read and screened, and the strongest go through as finalists. Everyone who nominated hears from us once the finalists are chosen.
Our independent panel then scores the finalists in each category against a clear framework. The highest score wins the category, and the panel writes a few lines on what stood out. Every finalist is invited to the ceremony.
