What we do with your information

Forms

This site has two forms: a sponsorship enquiry and a general contact form. When you submit one, what you have written is sent toawards@elysianuk.org as an email, through our email provider, Resend.

Nothing you type into a form is stored on this website or in any database. The email is the only record, and it is kept in our mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.

If you give an email address, we send you an acknowledgement so you know your message arrived.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies that require your consent, which is why you are not being asked about any. Our analytics are cookieless and count page views without identifying you or following you between sites.

Videos on this site are hosted by us and load only when you press play, so nothing is requested from a third party before you choose to watch.

Photographs and film

The photographs on this site were taken at Elysian Awards events. By attending, guests agree to being photographed or filmed and to those images being used for marketing, press and promotional purposes, as set out in our event terms and conditions.

If you appear in a photograph on this site and would like it removed, email awards@elysianuk.org and we will take it down.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, their servers record technical information such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. Emailawards@elysianuk.org and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
