Where is the event being held?
The Elysian Awards will take place at G Live, London Rd, Guildford GU1 2AA. Directions and parking details are available on our website and in your confirmation email.
What is the dress code?
We invite guests to dress for celebration - smart evening or cocktail attire is perfect. Comfort and confidence are key; you’ll be moving, mingling, and possibly dancing!
Will there be food and drinks provided?
Yes, your ticket includes a three-course dinner and welcome drink. Additional drinks can be purchased at the bar throughout the evening.
Do I need to bring a ticket?
Please bring either your digital ticket or printed confirmation. Our registration team will check your name on arrival.
Can I sit with my colleagues or friends?
We do our best to accommodate seating requests made in advance. If you booked as a group, you’ll be seated together. For individual bookings, we’ll ensure you’re seated among peers from your professional community.
Will there be photography or filming?
Yes - our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing the evening. By attending, you agree that photos or footage may be used for future Elysian communications. If you prefer not to appear in images, please let a member of the team know upon arrival.
Is there an age limit for this event?
Yes. This event is for adults only and is open to those aged 18 and over.
